Who else would they blame for rape other than women. The sad thing is that most of the Islamist women probably believe the same screwed up bull. Interesting that you put a picture of a gun in there, because when you think about liberals and gun control, the eventual outcome is the same with the Islamists and Lefties. The lefties won't blame women for being raped, however they won't allow women to carry a handgun to protect themselves either, which really means the woman has to hope and pray that the rapist doesn't take an interest in her, because if he does, the odds are stacked against her. Sort of like trying not entice the rapist.
